Hi, has anyone ever heard of Outwell Tents? My family and I are originally from the UK where we were avid campers, we moved out to Oz five years ago and are thoroughly enjoying travelling and camping throughout the state of WA. Hi kellie1...and welcome to the forum Firstly..Work out a budget Equaly important is, Marry the vehicle up with what you would like to buy....i.e Will you be able to tow it ''legally' with the vehicle you own...or are you up for buying a new tug... Ask the vehicle dealer what weights can you tow with your vehicle if you don't already know.... Keep away from ''Fast Talking'' salespeople at caravan shows....prefer to ask people who actually own and use these Caravans..could mean walking through...

Perfect time of the year....We couldn't actually stay at seventeen Seventy because EVERY site was booked out by road workers :angry: working in the area.....hence the reason we kept going to Airlie Beach.... In some ways it was a bonus as we really enjoyed our stay there...

Missco....Here is another handy link we use...As you will see there are many Pet friendly camps..But as I mentioned earlier...The pet friendly status is dropped over Xmas & public holiday periods.... I would definately camp at Coffs this time of the year days are glorious in the sun nights are cool of course,rains are going as wet season is over,much prefer to camp this time of the year than summer sweating away with no air con.lol. Along the Clarence river has some great spots too.
