    Although I'm living in Victoria at the moment, I think SA probably has the best ingredients for good camping - lots of space, less rain, and some great away-from-the-city bushland. Can't weait to get over & set up tent - probably south of Lameroo, or maybe Walker's Flat.

We have a fair bit of the good stuff here, the place where the Outback meet the coast. From rugged coastlines to rolling hills, red sand to green vines and orchards, great adventures all round to be had by all. the camp at swan reach is just before you cross the ferry has toilets between walkers flat and swan reach east side of river there are 2 campsites i have used in the past, now the water is back both Greenways landing and Big Bend are looking good, you would be able to get your van in both , there were 2 caravans at greenways when i went past
